Individuals over 18 years of age
Individuals with a minimum monthly net income of Rs. 125,000/-.

What are the required documents?

Certified copy of NIC
Utility bill dated within last three months under the applicant's name, if the permanent address differs from the NIC address.

Latest salary slip
Salary confirmation letter from the employer

b) If Self-employed;

Copy of the business registration certificate.
Copies of Current / Savings account statements for the last 03 months.
Letter from auditor confirming annual income for last 2 years.

c) If Professional

Adequate proof that the applicant has been engaged in the profession for last one year
Copy of the license to practice / professional membership card from the relevant professional body
Latest income tax returns (Optional)
